Rocky Road Clusters with Crunchie Bits

  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g Bournville Dark Chocolate
  • 40 g golden syrup
  • 150 g digestive biscuits
  • 60 g mini marshmallows
  • 60 g mixed raisins
  • 140 g Cadbury Crunchie Bits


  • Melt together the butter, chocolate, and golden syrup in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • Meanwhile break the digestive biscuits into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl together with the marshmallows, raisins and 120 g of the Crunchie Bits. Pour over the melted chocolate mixture and stir until all the ingredients are well coated.
  • Spoon mounds of the rocky road mixture onto baking sheets lined with non stick baking paper. Randomly sprinkle the remaining 20 g of Crunchie Bits over the mounds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
