PREPARATION

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C Fan.

    Blend flour, cocoa, butter, sugar to breadcrumbs. Mix through milk into a dough and add flake pieces.

    Roll out on cocoa’d surface and cut into rounds.

    Brush with egg and bake for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Top with clotted cream, strawberry jam, fresh strawberry, and flake.
