Cheesecake Brownie with Cadbury Dairy Milk

METHOD

Have ready a greased and lined 18 cm x 28 cm rectangular baking tin and preheat the oven to 160 °C fan, 180 °C conventional or gas mark 4.

Place the butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have just melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in the eggs.

Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and CDM Small Chunks and stir until well mixed. Spoon into the prepared baking tin.

Beat the Philadelphia and caster sugar together until smooth. Spoon dollops randomly over the surface of the brownie mixture and swirl the two mixtures lightly together with the tip of a knife, to give a marbled effect.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until just firm. Allow to cool before cutting into portions.

- 50 g plain flour
- 50 g Bournville Cocoa
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 3 medium eggs
- 200 g Philadelphia Light
- 40 g caster sugar
