Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds or until the milkshake is quite thick and the CDM Small Chunks dispersed throughout the mixture.

Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately, decorated as liked.

- 40 g caramel flavoured ice cream
- 30 g Cadbury Dairy Milk Small Chunks
- 30 ml double cream
