Mini Chocolate Christmas Puddings with OREO® Crumb

METHOD

Mix soft cream cheese with OREO® Crumb until the mixture is fully combined and dark. Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll the mixture into half tablespoon balls and allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate in a Bain Marie.

Dip the set balls into the chocolate and allow to set on a tray in the fridge.

For decoration, place melted white chocolate in a piping bag with green and red food colouring. Use to create Holly and mini Christmas puddings.

- 500 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp oil (2 packs)
- 100 g white chocolate
